An important reason for the high incidence of cervical countries lack effective screening programs to detect precancerous conditions and treat before it progresses invasive due severe restrictions on availability infrastructure, resources funding. Aim this study was compare sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV VIA, Pap smear colposcopy with colposcopic directed biopsy (as a gold standard). Methods: This prospective analytical conducted 200 women’s (age>19 years) abnormal cervix Department Of Obstetrics Gynaecology, Government Medical College Kota from 1 august 2020 31 July 2022 who fulfil Inclusion criteria.
